Analyse a voice note or recorded call for cloned-voice artefacts — the new face of 'Hi Mum' fraud.

Audio is transcribed, then two checks run in parallel: scam intent on the transcript through the existing text pipeline, and synthetic-voice signals on the waveform. One combined verdict is returned.
